Not a spam ? How to request a filter adjustment

On the quarantine page:
1. Click on the filter adjustment request icon next to the message of interest.
2. Confirm your request.
3. A filter adjustment request is sent to the Analysis Center along with a copy of the blocked message. Your request will be taken into account by our systems, but we will not necessarily confirm the actions taken to avoid too much email traffic. If the same error is repeated too often you can have a ticket opened by your system administrator.
