To make a support request for the “Cloud Services”, you need to login with the credential of your Administrator account for your domain(s).
For support regarding “Cloud Virtual Appliances”, “Virtual Appliance” or “MailCleaner for ISP” you need to login with your Client ID
(provided to you during the installation, and available in your admin interface).
If you cannot remember your Client ID and / or password, please contact your reseller.
If you are a Premium Support Customer or an ISPs, then you confirm that the https and SSH access to your MailCleaner is accessible from outside
by our support team, please provide us with the corresponding public IP address.
Remember that our support team answers only in English or French.
