MailCleaner Support

If the mail flow of one (or several) of your users is impacted with our rules about LOTS_OF_MONEY, you can low the associated scores by editing ON ALL servers of your cluster the file

/usr/mailcleaner/share/spamassassin/mails_without_LOM

and adding their email addresses or domains if you want to low those scores for a whole domain.

You then need to restart the associated services that is to say to run

/usr/mailcleaner/etc/init.d/spamd restart

(or filtering engine through the web interface)

For now this feature withdraws 2.0 points for the concerned addresses only if the rule LOTS_OF_MONEY was triggered.
